S.V. Oleynik graduated from the Dnepropetrovsk Institute of Chemical Technologes (Ukraine). He defended a Ph.D. thesis in 1986. He has been working at A.N.Frumkin Institute of Physical Chemistry and Electrochemistry since 1977. He has been a Head of Laboratory since 1991 till the present time.  He has published about 100 scientific works and is an author of 11 inventions. He is a member of the Editorial Board of “Korroziya: materialy i zashchita” (“Corrosion: metals and protection”, in Russian).

 

S.V. Oleynik is an expert in protective conversion coatings on aluminum and magnesium alloys.
