Abstract: In the research work, the possibility of obtaining superhydrophobic (SHP) protective films on the surface of aluminum alloy AMg6 from aqueous solutions of a mixture of phosphoric acid esters (monodododecyl phosphate and didodecyl phosphate) is considered for the first time. It is shown for the first time that laser texturing and further treatment of the alloy in aqueous solutions of alkyl phosphates lead to superhydrophobization of the surface. The stability of SHP coatings obtained from aqueous alkyl phosphate solutions is compared with similar alloy surface treatment in ethanol solutions. The protective ability of the formed SHP coatings was evaluated by electrochemical methods (polarization measurements and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy) in neutral borate buffer and chloride solution, as well as by corrosion tests under conditions of periodic moisture condensation. It was established that the best anticorrosive properties are possessed by films formed from aqueous solution of the monododecyl- and didodecylphosphate mixture at their total concentration of 10 mmol·L–1.
