Effect of IFKhAN-92 inhibitor on scale removal during sulfuric acid pickling of steel

The inhibitor studied significantly reduces the corrosion rate of the metal but does not hinder the scale removal. It has been shown that the electrochemical component of the scale pickling process is described by Erofeev’s equation of heterogeneous kinetics.
